I acknowledge that The Social Palette is not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by weather, venue, or guest behavior.

I agree to provide a clean and safe area for setup, with access to tables, seating, and cover (if outdoors).

I will communicate any major changes (location, time, guest count) as soon as possible.
