Agreement Terms *

By partnering with The Social Palette, you agree to the following terms in full:

Event Space: You will provide a clean, accessible, and well-lit space with tables and seating unless arranged otherwise. If outdoors, an indoor backup is required in case of inclement weather.

Setup & Supplies: The Social Palette provides all painting materials, table coverings, and setup/cleanup services. Special setup needs will be communicated in advance.

Safety & Liability: While we take reasonable care during all events, you accept full responsibility for the safety and condition of your venue, equipment, and participants. The Social Palette is not liable for injuries, damages, or weather-related issues.

Scheduling: Dates and times will be confirmed by email. Cancellations or reschedules require at least 72 hours’ notice unless otherwise agreed.

Promotion: We may promote partnered events online. We welcome co-promotion to maximize turnout and visibility.

Revenue (if applicable): For revenue-sharing events, terms will be confirmed in writing beforehand. Otherwise, each party is responsible for its own expenses.

Photo Release: You give permission for The Social Palette to take and share event photos for promotional purposes, unless you inform us of any restrictions in advance.

Final Agreement *

Yes, I understand and agree to the partnership terms listed above. I am authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of my organization or venue.
